We’ve kept it pretty simple. As an existing Purifas customer all you need to do is share your unique referral link, which we automatically generate for you, with other businesses and organisations who you think would love the Purifas product range as much as you.

And it’s easy to share your referral link — via social media (Facebook or Twitter) and/or email, whichever you prefer.

For every successful referral, i.e., every business or organisation that you refer, that hasn’t purchased from Purifas before and that places their first order, you will be eligible for 20% off your next order.

Likewise, the business or organisation that you refer will also attract 20% off their first order.

It’s a win-win situation and we become one step closer to achieving our goal.

To access our referral program, simply click on the Join Our Mission icon that appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

If you have a Purifas customer account, then good news… you’re already a member of our referral program and can start sharing your unique referral link – simply log in.

If you don’t yet have a Purifas customer account, simply click on the “Create an Account” button on our referral program panel. And remember, it doesn’t cost you anything to create an account!

Yes, as an existing Purifas customer, when you refer the Purifas product range to a business or organisation that results in a new customer sale, you will be rewarded with 20% off your next order. And you will receive 20% off each time a new referral makes their first purchase.

Yes, when the business or organisation accepts your referral and places their first order, they will receive 20% off that first order as a thank you for trying our products.

As soon as one of your referrals places an order you will be sent an email containing a discount code. The next time you place a Purifas order, you simply enter this discount code at checkout and 20% will be deducted from your order.

Alternatively, visit our website, log in to your Purifas customer account and open up the referral program panel. By clicking on “Your activity” you will be able to access your discount codes for each successful referral.

Regardless of how the business or organisation accessed your unique referral link, whether via email or social media, when they click on the link they will be taken to our website and our referral program panel will prompt them to enter their email address. Once they’ve entered their email address they will receive an email containing their 20% off discount code.

The answer is yes, absolutely. However, this 20% referral program discount can't be used on already discounted products, such as our Purifas Solutions or Black Friday deals, etc., as those products are already heavily discounted.

You simply enter your discount code at checkout and 20% will be deducted from your order.

For both the referrer and the referee, as soon as the referee has activated their discount code, i.e., accepted the referral, both discount codes will remain valid for 12 months from that activation date.

No, you can refer as many businesses and organisations as you like, in fact, the more the merrier!

Yes. For each business or organisation you refer, that hasn’t purchased from Purifas before, you will receive 20% off one of your own orders once they place their first order.

Yes, you certainly can accumulate these discounts but remember, you can apply only one discount code per order.

Successful referrals are those where the referee, i.e., the business or organisation that you refer, makes a purchase. Simply sending a referral link to a business or organisation doesn't count as a successful referral.

Yes, this is how we track referrals back to your account and ensure you receive your 20% off.

Unfortunately, if they forgot to use your referral link there’s no way we can track that referral back to your account. To be eligible to receive your 20% discount, your referral must place an order using your unique referral link.

Unfortunately, the answer to this question is no. We’re sorry but as we have no way of confirming which businesses or organisations you referred, you can’t receive discounts for previous customers you’ve referred.

Any business that has never purchased from Purifas before.

If the business or organisation has been referred before but did not accept the referral, then our records will show that they haven’t placed an order before. They only enter our system once they activate and use their discount code.

To refer a business or organisation all you need to do is share your unique referral link, which we automatically generate for you.

Visit our site and log in to your Purifas customer account. Then simply click on the Join Our Mission icon that appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and from there you can access your unique referral link.

You can easily share this unique link directly from our referral program panel. Simply log in to your customer account and click on the Join Our Mission icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. From there you can choose to share your unique referral link by email or via social media.

You can share the referral link anywhere, however, from within our referral program panel it’s easy to share via:

• Email: By clicking on the email icon a new referral panel window will pop up and you can enter an email address (or addresses), along with a personalised message. When your referee(s) receive the email it’ll take them just a couple of clicks to confirm their email address, at which point the system automatically links them to you as the referrer and they’ll receive a 20% off discount code for use at checkout. Easy.

  Alternatively, you can copy and paste your unique referral link into an email using your own email program and share it that way. The choice is yours!

  

• Facebook: You can share your referral link on your news feed or story, a friend’s timeline, in a group or an event, on a page you manage or even in a private message.

  Simply click on the Facebook icon and a Facebook post window will open up where you can choose where you will share your link and you will be prompted to add a message (unfortunately Facebook does not allow apps to set custom messages). You will need to remember to copy and paste your unique referral link into your Facebook post.

• Twitter: We’ve made it super easy for you to share via Twitter. Click on the Twitter icon and a customised message with your unique referral link will appear, ready for you to Tweet. You’re more than welcome to edit the message if you wish.

Yes, you can! However, because you’re sharing a link, the only way to do it is via an Instagram Story.

To make it super-easy for you to share on Instagram, we’ve created a selection of Instagram Story tiles for you to use and each of them has plenty of space for you to add your own text, hashtags, mentions, gifs, stickers, music, etc. Don’t forget to also include your all-important referral link and mention the 20% discount! Simply download the tile you like the best.

Alternatively, we’re more than happy for you to create your own.

As soon as one of your eligible referrals places an order you will be sent an email telling you who accepted your referral. This email will also contain a discount code for you to use the next time you place a Purifas order, you simply enter this discount code at checkout and 20% will be deducted from your order.

Yes, simply open up the referral program panel and click on “Your activity”. Here you will find details of who you have referred, which referrals have been successful, i.e., have placed an order, and how many discount codes you yourself have earned and used.

Yes. We also offer free, downloadable marketing assets for you to use in your clinic, on your website and across your socials. To access these materials, simply log in to your customer account and, under the Clinic Portal heading on the left-hand side, click on “Download Clinic Assets”. You will then be presented with a number of folders containing a variety of marketing and promotional materials — simply choose which ones you’d like to download.
