Purifas Therapy Bed Solution Free Trial FAQ

Each customer is limited to one free trial of our Therapy Bed Solution.

The 30-day free trial starts on the day you place your order.

If you decide you don’t want to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution, you must let us know within the 30-day free trial period by sending an email to customerservice@purifas.com. This email should clearly state your decision not to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution.

The following items will be included in the free trial:

• Delivery
• 1 Dream Topper
• 1 BodyShield Dispenser
• 1 roll of BodyShield
• 1 pair of Sticky Strips
• 1 reusable PillowGuard
• 1 box of recyclable PillowGuards

Yes, it’s a requirement of the trial that you attach the Sticky Strips to the underside of your therapy bed. This guarantees you experience the Solution in all its glory.

It'd be a good idea to retain the product packaging until the end of your trial, just in case the items need to be returned.

While the 30-day trial is free, we take note of your credit card details to ensure payment for the products you've been trialling if you decide to keep them.

Additionally, this allows us to charge you if you do not inform us within the 30-day trial period that you wish to discontinue the trial or you fail to return the products as agreed.

No, your credit card will not be charged during the 30-day free trial.

You will only be charged if you:

1. Choose to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution.*
2. Decide to keep any part(s) of the Therapy Bed Solution.
3. Fail to notify Purifas within the 30-day trial period that you do not wish to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution.*
4. Fail to cooperate with Purifas in returning the items within 30 days of your discontinuation notice (including delivery times).*
5. Are unavailable at the agreed time for item collection, resulting in an unsuccessful collection. A $30 fee will be charged for each failed attempt.

* The total charge is $617, covering the cost of all products in the Therapy Bed Solution.

Your credit card will be automatically charged $617, covering the total cost of all products in this Solution.

We will then work with you to ensure the non-perishable items, i.e., the Dream Topper, the BodyShield Dispenser and the reusable PillowGuards, get returned to Purifas HQ.

You can keep and continue to use the remaining single-use items (BodyShield and recyclable PillowGuards) and the Sticky Strips for free ― a courtesy for your time.

No. You just need to return the non-perishable items, i.e., the Dream Topper, the BodyShield Dispenser and the reusable PillowGuards. We will work with you to ensure they get back to Purifas HQ in a timely manner.

You can keep and continue to use the remaining single-use items (BodyShield and recyclable PillowGuards) and the Sticky Strips for free ― a courtesy for your time.

No, you can continue using the Sticky Strips to secure the remaining BodyShields.

These are items that are not intended for single use and can be used repeatedly. In the case of the Therapy Bed Solution, this includes the Dream Topper, the BodyShield Dispenser and the reusable PillowGuards. These are the only items you need to return to us if you decide not to continue with the Solution.

Simply repackage the Dream Topper, BodyShield Dispenser and reusable PillowGuards, and contact Purifas to arrange collection.

Purifas will arrange for a courier to collect these items and cover any costs associated with their return. Call us on 1300 251 915 or email customerservice@purifas.com.

Purifas will pay any costs associated with the return of the non-perishable items.
